I'm Keith Dussia and this is my Lifein180

About

My name is Keith Dussia (DooShay) Throughout my life, I've walked down many paths. Some were uphill battles, while others were smooth and steady. Each turn, each stumble, and every victory has taught me invaluable lessons about the essence of change, the importance of facing oneself in the mirror, and the undeniable power of resilience. This journey of mine—filled with its fair share of joys, sorrows, triumphs, and setbacks—has led me to create something I hold dear to my heart: LifeIn180.

I'm just like you. I've had my moments of doubt, my periods of questioning everything around me, and times when I felt stuck in a rut, wondering if there was more to life. I've laughed, I've cried, and I've picked myself up more times than I can count. Through it all, I've learned that change isn't just possible; it's necessary for growth. LifeIn180 is my way of sharing this belief, born from my own experiences and the desire to support others on their path to self-discovery and transformation.

Creating LifeIn180 wasn't a sudden epiphany; it was a gradual realization that came from years of introspection, learning from my mistakes, and embracing every part of my journey—the good, the bad, and everything in between. It's about acknowledging that we all have the power to pivot our lives in a more fulfilling direction, no matter where we're starting from.

At its core, LifeIn180 is about honesty—being honest with ourselves about where we've been, where we are, and where we want to go. It's about stopping the cycle of playing the victim and instead, seeing ourselves as the architects of our own lives. I've learned that the most pivotal moments come not from lashing out when we're upset, but from taking a breath, letting the moment pass, and choosing a path that leads us toward growth and self-acceptance.

My journey to creating LifeIn180 has been anything but linear. It's been a mix of navigating through dark times and stepping into the light, facing truths I once ran from, and learning to love myself through the process. I've discovered that in embracing our vulnerabilities and being open to change, we find our strength and our truest selves.

LifeIn180 is my invitation to you—to take that hard look in the mirror, to embrace your past not as a chain holding you back but as a tool to forge a stronger, more resilient self. It's a call to step out of the shadows, to clear out the old, and to make room for new beginnings. It's a journey I'm still on, and one I'm passionate about sharing, because if there's one thing I've learned, it's that we're all capable of turning our lives around, 180 degrees, toward something better, something more authentic. This is what LifeIn180 is all about, and it's a journey I'm honored to share with you.
